"DIAZ vs. NOONS II'' on SHOWTIMEŽ tomorrow/Saturday, Oct. 9 (10
p.m., ET/PT, delayed on the West Coast) made weight on their first
attempts Friday at HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif.
Nick Diaz (left) will defend his STRIKEFORCE World Welterweight
title against the last fighter to defeat him -- KJ Noons -- in the
main event at HP Pavilion.
Popular local favorite and former STRIKEFORCE titleholder, Josh
Thomson (left), and JZ Cavalcante clash in a battle of world-ranked
lightweights.
Undefeated Sarah Kaufman (left) will put her perfect record and the
STRIKEFORCE 135-pound belt on the line against No. 1-rated Marloes
Coenen.
