HDnet adds new MMA interview show to Friday nights March 26, KOTC Legacy televised card finalized By Matt Clarmont

On March 26th, HDnet will premier a new addition to their lineup when “Fighting Words With Mike Straka” takes to the air at 8:30pm ET, leading into Inside MMA. Hosted by the show’s namesake, Straka will spend the 30 minute timeslot interviewing fighters and other MMA-affiliated personalities, beginning with Dana White on the debut. He also hosted “Fox Fight Game,” an online MMA show in a similar format.

Inside MMA is a weekly MMA show hosted by Kenny Rice and legendary MMA superstar Bas “El Guapo” Rutten and has been a mainstay on Friday nights for over two years.

Capping off that night’s MMA line-up will be the previously announced “Mark Burnett Presents King of the Cage Legacy” headlined by a bout between Mike Kyle (14-7-1) and Jon Murphy (5-3). Recently, the fight promotion finalized both the main and undercard for that event which now includes TUF 10 heavyweight alumni, recently released from the world’s top promotion Darrill Schoonover (10-1) taking on Nick Gaston (5-2).

Serving up co-main event duties, Tony Lopez (18-2) may once again defend his heavyweight strap, this time against Tony Johnson. Koffi Adzitso (10-4) and Quinn Mulhern (10-1) will square off for what may be a welterweight championship belt on that night as well.
