Memorial Service Set For
Bob Shamrock
 (PRESS
RELEASE) -- A memorial service for Bob Shamrock, the father of
legendary MMA fighters Ken Shamrock and younger brother Frank
Shamrock has been planned for 2pm Monday, January 18th at Calvary
Baptist Church, 995 Paiute Lane in Susanville, CA 96130. A reception
will follow at the same location - his family has announced.
Bob Shamrock died Thursday, Jan 14thth at age 68 due to health
complications with Diabetes at the home of his eldest son Ken
Shamrock surrounded by friends and family. Bob will be remembered
most for opening up his home in Susanville, CA to literally hundreds
of troubled kids. The Shamrock Boys Home was the beginning of life
changing events for both Ken & Frank Shamrock who were both
eventually adopted by Bob and introduced to competitive sports and
eventually MMA.

a difference in their life. I’ve never seen anyone have that much
success with kids. I know he's with the Lord, but I’ll miss him and
