SECOND UFC® GYM™TO OPEN IN
ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA THIS SUMMER
Enrollment Center Opens for Memberships in February

Vegas, NV (USA) – When the doors opened at the first UFC® Gym™ in
Concord, Calif. late last year, the response from fitness
enthusiasts was overwhelming. From the time membership enrollment
began in June 2009, nearly 3,500 people signed up to take part in
UFC Gym’s incredible experience. From training inside the hallowed
Octagon™ to tackling UFC Gym’s Ultimate TRX workout, exercise fans
in the Concord area came out in droves to participate in the next
wave of fitness.
Now, families in Southern California will have their chance to
experience the UFC Gym. New Evolution Fitness Company founders and
UFC Gym partners Mark Mastrov and Jim Rowley, along with UFC
President Dana White, announced today that the second UFC Gym will
open this summer in the Los Angeles area. The planned 40,000
square-foot facility is scheduled to open in June at 8920 Rosemead
Boulevard in Rosemead, with membership enrollment beginning in
February. The open enrollment center will be located at 3672
Rosemead Boulevard and offer special enrollment discounts.
“From the beginning, we’ve said that we plan to shake up the fitness
industry,” UFC President Dana White said. “The UFC Gym in Rosemead
is another step in that direction. When this gym opens, the people
of Southern California are going to see what the UFC Gym experience
is all about.”

the UFC Gym approach and feature unique fitness programming that
will truly change the way people think about fitness.”
With easy access off Interstate 10, UFC Gym officials expect the
Rosemead facility to become an instant fitness destination. The gym
will feature cutting-edge training techniques, including MMA
programming such as Muay Thai kickboxing, jiu jitsu, self-defense
classes, and team-oriented Daily Ultimate Training, as well as
one-of-a-kind offerings such as UFC Kid’s Gym Fitness, Octagon
Training Disciplines, and High-Octane Conditioning. What’s more, the
second UFC Gym will inspire members to realize results like never
before.
