MMA-KO Gets An Exclusive
Interview With 3 Time Champion Marcelo Giudici
MMA-KO: First off it is an honor to have you here at MMA-KO!
MMA-KO: On May 8th at the PFC 13 "Validation you are going to be taking
on John Reedy. How excited are you to be fighting here in the USA and
the Palace Fighting Championship?
Marcelo Giudici: I am very excited to be in the USA and am thankful the
PFC allow me to participate on there show. I hope the fans will be
satisfied with my performance!
MMA-KO: Now you are going to be fighting John Reedy. What do you know
about him?
Marcelo Giudici: I had the opportunity to watch a couple of
his fights on the Internet and see that he likes to come forward. When
the opportunity presents he relentlessly goes for the takedown.
MMA-KO: How do you see this fight going?
Marcelo Giudici: I think because of 3-3 minute rounds the fight will be
fast and exciting!
MMA-KO: How is your training coming along for this fight?
Marcelo Giudici: Great in my cardio because I have been swimming allot
along with bicycle for endurance! I am in the best shape that I have
ever been in my life!
MMA-KO: What do you think your advantages are going to be in this in
this very exciting fight with John Reedy?
Marcelo Giudici: I feel my biggest advantage is my experience as I have
been in the show for along time now.
MMA-KO: What is your game plan coming into this fight?
Marcelo Giudici: I will emprevise based on where the fight is at that
particle moment so I do not really come into the fight with a plan.
MMA-KO: Now you are fighting with the Palace Fighting Championship that
is an awesome organization to fight for. How did your signing with the
PFC come about?
Marcelo Giudici: A good friend of mine helped me come in contact
with my agent Doug Wilson who was able to secure my first fight with
PFC. I also want to thank all the fans from the Underground
who helped me acheive this dream.
MMA-KO: What is your mindset while approaching this fight?
Marcelo Giudici: I am relaxed and want to stay this way up until my
fight.
MMA-KO: How did you get into MMA?
Marcelo Giudici: I went to watch a Vale Tudo event in Sao Paulo and
liked what I saw. After that I began to prepare to fight and now here I
am in the USA!
MMA-KO: What is your favorite fighting style?
Marcelo Giudici: Being from Brazil I am definitely partial to BJJ
MMA-KO: Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
Marcelo Giudici: I should thank my sponsors Edmar Morelli,Orlando
