Torres is going to have a weekly Submission of the week.
This three time Grapplers Quest Champion is absolutely
freakish at Jiu-Jitsu and now Phil Torres brings his mad

IN MEMORY OF LOU RUSSELL
On April 6th, 2009, Submit founder, Lou
Russell, sadly passed away at Stanford hospital, after a
long illness. Lou was a great mentor and inspiration to
many in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. He was a great
friend, brother, son... just a great human being, and
underestimated by many. A funeral service fund has been
